Hey Everybody,
All my short films are currently up on Vimeo for your viewing pleasure. The only one that’s passworded is “Mother’s Day”, ’cause it’s new (but the pw is “Mom”.) Thanks for taking a look!
This category covers filming of the short “Hours Before Dawn” directed by Joel David Moore.
Hey Everybody,

The short film gets an “A minus”, 3.5 out of 4 stars, by The Independent Critic, full review here. Whoo Hoo!
Hey Everyone, sorry it’s been more than a month since I last posted. I guess I lose the “diligent blogger of the year” awar
d, and I was so close to nabbing that one. There hasn’t been much to report lately, but I’m happy to say that “Hours Before” will be screening in Hollywood on Tuesday, December 14th at 10:20 p.m. as part of the Hollywood REEL Independent Film Festival, details here.
Last week, “Hours Before” screened at the San Diego FF on Friday and the Vancouver FF on Monday. I didn’t attend either function, but director Joel Moore did (UPDATE 10/14: Joel couldn’t make it after all) as well as DP Dustin Pearlman. Dustin described on his awesome blog how the Vancouver festival invited a whole group of high-schoolers to check out the film (among others in the “teenage hell” series of shorts) so it played to a packed house! Dustin also broke the news that “Hours Before” made it into the Miami Short Film Festival running November 13-20, full list of selected films here.
The great news is that “Hours Before” got in, screening Friday, October 1 at 8pm, and Sunday October 3 at 5:30pm, details here. The not-so-great news? My self-directed film, “Zombies Take The Schoolyard”, got rejected. Oh well.
More good stuff. Check out the announcement here. UPDATE 9/5/10: Screening Times for “Hours Before” are Friday, Sep 17th at 5pm and Saturday Sep 18 at 9pm. Screenings to be held at the Movie Experience, Tower Plaza
Admission: $10 Individual Screening ($8 Seniors/Students), $25 All Day Film Pass ($10 Seniors/Students). Festival Website here.
